Daniel Neumann is a counselling psychologist offering individual, couple and family counselling and psychotherapy at the MTA office on Mondays. He offers a safe, respectful environment in which to understand and work through challenges, transitions, conflict, trauma and other distress; and to explore new patterns of thinking, feeling and relating. His integrative approach is informed by CBT, ACT, interpersonal therapy, emotion-focused couple therapy, family therapy, trauma therapy and psychodynamic therapy; and he has a particular interest in Jungian sandplay.
Kathryn White is a friendly and professional health psychologist with particular interests in sleep psychology, pain self-management, and living with serious and chronic illnesses, as well as providing general psychological therapies for depression, anxiety, grief, and adjustment disorders.
Kathryn works with adults and older adolescents, and is available at the MTA office on Wednesdays and Thursdays (evenings by arrangement).
Lisajane is a highly qualified Counsellor and psychotherapist with a Masters in Counselling and Psychotherapy and professional registration with the Australian Counselling Association. An expert in the field, she has years of experience working with complex clients, providing in-depth therapy and the opportunity for weekly follow-on sessions. Whatever is going on—whether you are entering a period of transition, want to improve your connection to others, or are beset by repeated anxieties or low self-confidence—Lisajane offers therapy marked by curiosity, respect, and kindness.
She provides a safe, collaborative space where you can explore what is happening in your life and begin to make sense of the patterns that may feel confusing or overwhelming. With clarity often comes greater freedom, empowerment, and the ability to live in ways that feel more fulfilling and meaningful.
Lisajane has a particular interest in anxiety and relationships, and she often works with people who feel lost, stuck, or weighed down by repeating struggles. She believes that the difficulties you face can hold important insights worth gently exploring. Her approach is grounded in curiosity, respect, and compassion—creating a therapeutic space where healing and growth can emerge naturally.
